Description:

 

CNTS serial counter flow cooling tower applies the full steel structure with FRP enclosure casing, which structure not only greatly decrease weight of tower, but also looks beautiful.

The rigid truss system is used for the tower’s body of FRP cooling tower with steel structure. The connections between all parts are galvanized bolts. The steel pipe with larger turning radius is used as bellied rod to form the truss between beam and column. According to section junctions, the number may be added or reduced. So that it makes the structure of tower’s body not only have better whole rigidity but also the stress distribution have been changed. It is reasonable better for the structure to withstand force. The structure has the function to withstand forces come from all directions, and concentrates load, non-symmetric force and dynamic load caused by earthquake etc. it is very superior to reduce the vibration of cooling tower.
